Joi Murphy

Joi Murphy serves as Treasurer of the Board, bringing over 30 years of experience in financial management, operations leadership, and staff development. She has a strong background in budget oversight, profit and loss management, and implementing internal controls that ensure financial accuracy and accountability. 

In her professional role as a Restaurant General Manager, Joi oversees financial operations including payroll, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. She manages cash handling systems, conducts audits, and analyzes financial data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. 

Joi is also passionate about leadership development. She has assisted with implementing training programs for management teams and has traveled to multiple states to train and mentor leaders. Her commitment to excellence has earned her the Ultimate Leader Award (2025) and People’s MVP Award (2025). 

As Treasurer, Joi ensures strong financial stewardship, transparency, and sustainability, helping guide the organization’s growth and long-term impact.
