Chrishawn Smith

Chrishawn Smith serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors, bringing more than 25 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in both military and corporate environments. A retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief, her career reflects a strong foundation in organization, precision, and professionalism, developed through years of service in high-level, fast-paced settings. 

Throughout her career, Chrishawn has specialized in executive coordination, records management, and the preparation of detailed reports and briefings. She is highly skilled in managing complex schedules, documenting critical meetings, and ensuring that information is communicated clearly and accurately. She is also a Certified Christian Life Coach, bringing a values-driven approach to leadership, communication, and service. 
 
In addition to her professional background, Chrishawn is the Founder of Essence of Royalty Coaching LLC and Anointed Royalty, where she leads transformational experiences centered on identity, purpose, and personal alignment.  Her work emphasizes the embodiment of one’s Royal Identity and the development of confident, purpose-driven leadership. 

In her role as Board Secretary, Chrishawn is responsible for maintaining official records, documenting board and committee meetings, and ensuring that governance practices are organized and consistent. She supports effective board operations by facilitating communication, tracking key actions, and helping ensure accountability across the organization.
