Our Youth Program offers a safe, structured, and supportive farm environment where young people can build responsibility, confidence, life skills, and hope. Through hands-on farm work, mentoring relationships, and character-based guidance, youth are given meaningful opportunities to grow, heal, and move forward in a positive direction.
“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” — Proverbs 22:6
Whether a young person is completing community service, working toward personal growth after court involvement, or stepping into leadership, each track is designed to encourage accountability, develop practical skills, and promote lasting change.
1. Community Service Track
The Community Service Track allows youth to complete court-ordered or assigned service hours through supervised farm-based tasks in a productive and respectful environment. Participants may assist with chores such as barn cleaning, animal care, garden work, fence line checks, egg collection, and general property maintenance.
This track helps youth learn the value of hard work, responsibility, and follow-through while giving back through meaningful service.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” — Colossians3:23
2. Re-Entry & Mentorship Track
The Re-Entry & Mentorship Track is a structured program for youth who need additional support, guidance, and stability. Participants engage in hands-on farm activities while also receiving mentoring focused on character development, personal responsibility, emotional growth, teamwork, and healthy decision-making. This track is designed to help youth build confidence, learn job-readiness and life skills, and develop a stronger sense of purpose.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
3. Leadership Development Track
The Leadership Development Track is for youth who have successfully progressed through the program and are ready to take on greater responsibility. These participants serve as positive role models by helping new youth learn routines, supporting mentors during activities, and demonstrating leadership through service.
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example…” — 1
Timothy 4:12
Through all three tracks, youth have the opportunity to develop:
“For I know the plans I have for you… plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah
29:11
Our program is built on the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and be supported in a safe environment. By combining structure, mentorship, and hands-
on farm experiences, we help youth take meaningful steps toward a more productive and hopeful future.
“Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion…” — Philippians 1:6
